On December 14, 2023, the DBG project team held a one-day validation workshop for community meetings to review and validate community action plans. Generally, the workshop was intended to host larger workshops and community meetings to review and validate community action. Through the CPDF action plans created, the workshop gathered 200 participants from all community members and key stockholders, discussed the action plans, and validated them according their priorities.
More specifically, the workshop aimed to validate the action plans created through the CPDF process. All community members and key stakeholders were called and shared community action plans drawn from low-performing domains. All community members have confirmed and validated community action plans by prioritizing them according to urgency. The workshop was facilitated by an experienced and skilled facilitator who asked them to address low-performing domains one-by-one with community members and key stockholders they validated according to their priorities.

Validation Workshop Meetings
The DBG team brought together 200 participants from all community members and other key stakeholders to discuss the action plans, focusing on how they support the inclusion and participation of young people. The facilitator provided an overview on validation workshop and developed CPDF action plans and organized community members and key stockholders attended the workshop into groups to review and validate community action plans.
At the end of the validation workshop, each community validated and confirmed community action plans based on their priorities for low-performing domains, as indicated in community implementation action plan documents.
